We rent the villa exclusively to one group at a time.
We have plenty of meeting space, an enormously big kitchen, winter garden, courtyard, library, fresco room, blue salon, 18 double bedrooms, the 18 m saltwater heated swimming pool, and 40 Ha. of gardens and forest. We have over 250 animals, from alpacas to Iceland horses and blue eggs laying chicken.
Our chefs will cook for you delicious breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. Chianti, Prosecco, and cocktails are unlimited and free!
There's a gym, a library, a chapel, an open-air dance floor where up to 80 people can dine and dance the night away.

Between your hard work, you can take cooking classes, wine tasting, learn how to tell a story, or absorb the countryside's beauty next to our heated saltwater pool.
We're less than an hour's journey from Florence, Pisa, Siena, and the Tuscan Coast, which makes the villa an ideal base for exploring Italy's beauty.

Our taxi and bus service can bring you everywhere you want and pick you up from Pisa or Florence airport. We take the hassle out of coordination by helping you plan all the logistics of your event.
