We rent the villa exclusively to one group at a time.
We have plenty of meeting space, an enormously big dining hall, winter garden, courtyard, library, fresco room, bedrooms for your core group, and 40 hectares of gardens and forest.
The villa is where the core group lives for those few days. For bigger groups, everyone else stays in farmhouses a short walk away, which they book and pay directly. We are happy to recommend them. They join you for breakfast in the morning, so everyone still lives together like one big family.
Our little petting zoo has Icelandic horses, rabbits and chickens that lay blue eggs.
We organise delicious catering for your breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. Wine, Prosecco and cocktails are included, supplied by our catering partners.

Between your hard work, you can relax with a wine tasting, learn how to tell a story, or absorb the countryside's beauty in our gardens.
We're less than an hour from Florence, Pisa, Siena, and the Tuscan coast, which makes the villa an ideal base for exploring Italy's beauty.
After several days at Villa Pozzolo, your group will feel more united, motivated, and invigorated.

Wi-Fi throughout the villa and outdoors, a whiteboard, projector and screen, flipcharts, a printer, and office supplies.
We can also arrange day trips to local attractions, such as the Uffizi in Florence, the Tower of Pisa, and the best ice cream in the world in San Gimignano.
Our recommended taxi and bus service can take you everywhere you want and pick you up from Pisa or Florence airport. We take the hassle out of coordination by helping you plan all the logistics of your event.
